This easy to use MS Access database permits you to quickly enter new contacts, easily retrieve contact information and much more.

Usage Instructions:

Creating a New Contact

  1. Download the database using the link provided above
  2. Unzip (decompress) the database file
  3. Launch the database
  4. Click on the 'Enter a New Contact Into the Database' item on the main menu
  5. Simply enter in the relevant information

Viewing Existing Contact Information

  1. Launch the database
  2. Click on the 'View\Edit Existing Contact' item on the main menu
  3. Using the 'Search Sort Pane' (right side of the form) simply click once on the contact to bring up their information. you can then edit it as you please.

This download required a copy of MS Access 2000 (or more recent) or Microsoft's free Access run-time software.
